Returns and refunds
Because posters are delicate and made in small batches, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with:
- clear photos of the damage
- photos of the packaging
- your order number
I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
